WASHINGTON (KLFY) — Louisiana is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn its decision to allow a second majority-Black congressional district in the state.
Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill and Solicitor General Ben Aguiñaga will hold a news conference on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court following oral arguments, which began at 9 a.m. CST.
Aguiñaga argued on behalf of the State of Louisiana before the court.
