Cause of death for 3-year-old Mississippi girl released

PICAYUNE, Miss. (WHLT) – The cause of death has been released for a three-year-old girl who died in Picayune.

According to WXXV, the Pearl River County Coroner’s Office said Aurora Enfinger died of significant blunt force trauma to the head and abdomen. She also had a lacerated liver.
