BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana News) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a double shooting on Monroe Avenue that happened on Sunday, March 23.
According to the police, one person is deceased. A spokesperson with the East Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services said they transported one person in stable condition.
