LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — A 69-year-old Alabama man was killed in an ATV crash Saturday evening, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Randy Looney, of Valley, was fatally injured when the ATV he was operating left the roadway and hit a tree. The crash happened around 5:20 p.m. about 10 miles south of Valley on Lee County 361.
Looney, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene. Troopers with the ALEA Highway Patrol Division are investigating the crash.
