Lamar T. Browning, 39, is one of 14 individuals indicted as part of a violent Indianapolis drug trafficking ring accused of pushing methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl and cocaine in Indianapolis, Lafayette and surrounding communities.
Brown should be considered armed and dangerous. Those with information about his whereabouts should contact 1-800-CALL-FBI.
Officials with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and the FBI confirmed with FOX59/CBS4 that arrest warrants were served on multiple people on Friday morning throughout nine locations in the Indianapolis area.
Some of the locations include a home in the 12000 block of Looking Glass Way in Lawrence as well as a home in the 3000 block of Kenwood on the near north side of Indianapolis.
Ten law enforcement agencies were involved in the Friday morning raids which led to eight individuals being arrested. In total, 14 people have been federally indicted as being part of the drug trafficking ring.
Some of the members of the drug ring are accused of committing acts of violence, including murder, kidnapping, taking part in shootings and even throwing Molotov cocktails at a home.
