Shooting at Baton Rouge apartment complex leaves 1 hurt, officials say

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — One person is in critical condition after a reported shooting in Baton Rouge on Tuesday, March 18.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, around 4:45 p.m., officers were called to the 12000 block of Newcastle Avenue about a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found a man with a gunshot wound.

Emergency medical services reported taking the man to a local hospital in critical condition.
