BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A juvenile was taken to the hospital after a drive-by shooting in Baton Rouge on Sunday.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said officers were called to the 2500 block of 70th Avenue around 6:10 p.m. where a juvenile was found with a gunshot wound. Police said injuries are considered non-life threatening.
Detectives learned that the juvenile was inside a home when shots were fired.
The investigation remains ongoing and more information will be shared as it becomes available.
