Man wounded following 7th Ward shooting

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Police are investigating a shooting in the Seventh Ward neighborhood of New Orleans that left a man wounded on Friday night, March 14.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, the shooting happened in the 2200 block of St. Anthony Street and was reported at 8:45 p.m.

Initial information reportedly shows that a man has been shot in the body at least one time and that the injury is non-life threatening.
