Livingston Parish deputies investigate Albany drive-by shooting

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Thursday night drive-by shooting in Albany, just outside the city limits.

Sheriff Jason Ard said that deputies were called to Skinner Lane just before 9 p.m. on March 13 after reports of gunfire. According to Ard, an unknown suspect or suspects fired multiple rounds toward a home from the road, striking the residence multiple times. No injuries were reported.

Investigators believe the suspect’s vehicle is a small white sedan. Authorities ask residents to check their security footage. If you see anything, share it with law enforcement.
