I-69 NB cleared of rocks near Caldwell-Hopkins County line

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) says crews have completed cleanup of a rockslide at the 87 mm of Interstate 69 near the Caldwell-Hopkins County line.

Officials say all lanes are now open. Material from the rockslide has already been used to build shoulders between the 11-13 mm of KY 672.

On February 15, officials say the right lane of northbound Interstate 69 was blocked by a rock slide at the 87 mm near the Caldwell-Hopkins County line. This occurred in reference to heavy rainfall and subsequent flooding.
