By rssfeeds-admin DE KALB, TX (KTAL/KMSS) — On Tuesday, De Kalb hosted New Boston in its second district matchup of the season.
It was a quiet game up until the bottom of the third, when Jack Payne hit an RBI single and gave a boost of momentum to the Bears.
New Boston never could find an answer to the Bears run in the bottom of the third, allowing De Kalb to go on and shutout the Lions 10-0.
De Kalb will play next on Thursday, March 13 at De Queen. First pitch is set for 6 pm.
