Louisiana Association for The Blind and Shreveport Mudbugs team up for youth event
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Members of the Shreveport Mudbugs are teaming up with the Louisiana Association for the Blind to provide local youth with an unforgettable experience.
Students participating in the association’s spring break camp will have the opportunity to skate with the city’s beloved hockey team. The Louisiana Association for the Blind provides a variety of services including assistive technology, visual aids store, and children’s programs.

The event will be held on March 11 starting at 12:30 p.m. at the George’s Pond inside Hirsch Coliseum at the Louisiana State Fairgrounds.
