Women’s tennis, under second-year Head Coach Alexandra Starkova, remains undefeated against ranked and conference opponents. The team concludes a demanding three-day, four-match stretch with contests at Texas Lutheran (10 a.m.) and against Texas A&M-Kingsville (2 p.m.).

LCU baseball seeks its fourth top-25 victory of 2025, hosting longtime rival No. 21 Loyola (New Orleans) at Billy Allgood Field at 4 p.m.
Across the river, LCU softball looks to break an eight-game losing streak against NAIA top-25 teams. The final regular-season Red River Rivalry doubleheader against LSUA begins at 5 p.m. in Alexandria.
Saturday, March 8
Women’s tennis plays its first home match at Richard L. Crowell Tennis Center after its original home opener was forfeited. Fans can support the Wildcats as they take on Copiah-Lincoln CC at 10 a.m.
Later, LCU baseball hosts Southwest (New Mexico) for a doubleheader. Game two will honor Head Coach Mike Byrnes, celebrating his 1,000th career game at the helm of the program.
Sunday, March 9
The Wildcats wrap up the weekend series against the Mustangs with game three at 4 p.m. on their home turf.
