One wounded in ‘accidental discharge’ of gun on Bourbon Street
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department are investigating the “accidental discharge” of a gun that left one person wounded on Bourbon Street on Saturday, March 1.
The NOPD reported that officers responded to the 200 block of Bourbon Street around 10:45 p.m., where one person was found with a gunshot wound. They were taken to a hospital for treatment.
