According to a press release from the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 39-year-old Timeeka Ramsey and 44-year-old Richard A. Clark — both of Columbus — at Arbors at Water’s Edge Apartments around 2:30 a.m. Law enforcement found Ramsey and Clark in a vehicle at the complex, which is located in the 4000 block of North 150 West.
Upon searching the vehicle they found Ramsey and Clark in, police found methamphetamine, fentanyl, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale.
Ramsey already had five warrants out for her arrest when police found her Wednesday morning. She was wanted for visiting a common nuisance, battery resulting in bodily injury and three counts of possession of a narcotic drug.
After her arrest, Ramsey was additionally charged with dealing in methamphetamine, dealing in a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug.
As of 12:15 p.m. Saturday, Ramsey remained in jail on a $390,000 bond.

The most serious of the charges Ramsey faces — dealing in methamphetamine — is a Level 3 Felony. The maximum penalty for a Level 3 Felony in Indiana is a 16-year prison sentence and a fine of up to $10,000.
Ramsey is slated to appear in court of an initial hearing on Monday. Clark is supposed to be in court for an initial hearing on March 17.
