Silver alert issued for 80-year-old New Orleans man
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 80-year-old New Orleans man after he was found missing from his home on Saturday morning, March 1.

According to the Louisiana State Police, Johnnie Crutchfield of Bonita Drive in New Orleans was found to be missing around 8:15 a.m., with the LSP receiving a Silver Alert request around 10:54 a.m.

Crutchfield, who has a medical condition that could impair his judgement, stands at 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and short gray hair, and he was last seen in a black leather jacket and khaki pants. LSP officials say he’s believed to be traveling on foot in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information that can help to locate Crutchfield is asked to call the New Orleans Police Department at 504-658-6602, or dial 911.
