Ogle County man charged with child sexual exploitation after probe

OREGON, Ill. (WTVO) — Police in Ogle County have arrested Kyle Gallagher, 42, in connection to a sexual exploitation incident that occurred in rural Oregon.

According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began on January 14th and led to the identification of Gallagher as the suspect.

He was arrested this week and charged with one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

Gallagher was booked into the Ogle County Jail pending the outcome of a pretrial detention hearing.
