
“We start as young as four months old and go all the way to 12 years old. Not only do we focus on physical activity, but cognitive activity and social-emotional as well,” said Parker Wilson, Gym Director at The Little Gym of Ardmore.
Each month, The Little Gym has different monthly focuses for the kids.
“This month is ‘Put Your Heart into It’ so establishing body awareness. Perfect spot to get those kiddos active and beat that cold weather,” said Parker.
Parker demonstrated a few moves your little one might try like the forward and backward roll, handstands using parallel bars, and back handsprings using the barrel.
