ALEXANDRIA, La. (WNTZ) – Haley Primrose of the No. 21 Louisiana State University of Alexandria softball team earned Red River Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week, the conference office announced today.

Primrose (6-1) recorded a pair of victories last week over Louisiana Christian University and Jarvis Christian University. She appeared in three games and struck out 20 hitters. Primrose took a no-hitter into the fourth inning against Jarvis Christian, allowing just two hits in a complete game effort.
Primrose currently leads the RRAC with an ERA of 1.15.
The Generals take on Texas A&M-Texarkana in a road doubleheader on Tuesday, February 25, starting at 1:00 PM.
