Owner Sonya Dowdakin said her company will transition from the resale and antique business location at at 510 E. State Street, to a warehouse location at 225 S. 6th Street.
“With much thought and consideration of the future of Salvaged by Sonya, we are streamlining to better serve our community. Our focus will be mainly on estate sales, estate clear outs, and down sizing sales,” Dowdakin said in a Facebook post.
“I’m proud to say that we’ve grown to be Rockford’s largest estate sale company and look forward to continuing providing reliable and thoughtful services without our brick-and-mortar storefront you’ve been accustomed to over the years,” she added.
The company has moved to multiple locations throughout the years, including 110 N. 1st Street, 330 E. State Street, and then 510 E. State Street.
