The new foods sold at Timbers games in 2025 include: Korean dumpling salad, tuna poke bowl with mac salad, pickle-brined fried chicken sandwich with ranch slaw, Tillamook mac & cheese topped Brussels sprouts & bacon, and house-smoked brisket nachos. The new menu is one of many additions coming to Providence Park in 2025, the Portland Timbers organization announced on Feb. 18.
Providence Park will also feature several new concession stands. Pizzicato and Athletic Brewing Company will be open for business on the concourse this year. Zenner’s sausages will also be sold at stands in section 99.
For the second straight season, the Timbers will also host a “guest chef program” in Tanner Ridge. Numerous local chefs have already signed up for the program and more will be announced at a later date.
“Fans in Tanner Ridge will have access to appetizers served from local Portland chefs before kickoff,” the Timbers announced. “The 2025 Guest Chef lineup includes Best Chef USA nominee Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon, James Beard nominees Sarah Schafer of Humble Spirit and Kari Shaughnessy of Hayward, the highly anticipated James Beard Market, and New York Times’ 2024 Top 25 Portland restaurants Café Olli, Kachka, Lilia Comedor, República and Yaowarat.”
The Timbers are set to play their first home game against the Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Feb. 23.
