The Twin Lakes Area continues to prepare for the probability of another wintry mix followed by dangerously colder temperatures this week. A winter storm watch will be in effect for north central Arkansas Tuesday morning, and another will begin late Monday night for southern Missouri. Both watches are set to expire late Tuesday night.

Meteorologist Eric Greene from the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock says following the trace of snow received late Saturday night, the active weather pattern will continue this week.
