Baton Rouge deputies seize 3.2K lethal doses of fentanyl in drug bust; 4 arrested, 1 wanted

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Five people face charges after East Baton Rouge deputies seized over 3,000 lethal doses of fentanyl and other illegal drugs during an investigation.

According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, agents knew who Lindsey was because she was arrested on Glen Oak High School’s campus in the fall of 2024 for a charge of possession with intent to distribute.

Agents knew Earl as a large-scale polydrug trafficker in the Baton Rouge area. Earl reportedly fled the area before warrant execution. The sheriff’s office noted he is on supervised federal probation.
