Abilene city council to discuss tax exemptions for day cares, paid parking, more during annual retreat

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Abilene city council members are going to discuss tax exemptions for day cares, paid parking, and more during their annual retreat.

The retreat will take place in council chambers at City Hall beginning at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
