SWEETWATER, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – About $41,000 worth of drugs was seized during an investigation into child pornography in Sweetwater, leading to a man’s arrest.
On Wednesday, December 18, the Sweetwater Police Department initiated an investigation into a child pornography case. During the investigation, police obtained search warrants for the suspect’s vehicle and home.
Sweetwater PD reported that they seized approximately $41,000 in illegal drugs, along with:
Marijuana
THC Wax
THC vapes and candies
THC Edibles
Mushrooms
LSD
Methamphetamine
Ketamine
MDMA (also referred to as Ecstasy or Molly)
Four cellphones
A hard drive
A laptop
Three firearms
A notable amount of currency
As a result of the investigation, Marcus Malcolm Wilson was booked into the Nolan Country Jail and charged with:

Five counts of Manufacture and Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty
Four counts of Manufacture and Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty
Manufacture and Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty
Delivery of Marijuana
