James Wesley Key, 49, is still wanted for Aggravated Assault in connection to the shooting, which took place following a traffic stop in the impact area of Abilene Tuesday night.

Key fled the scene and a manhut has been underway since, with the assistance of several different agencies, as well as helicopters and drones.

The newly released surveillance still was taken at a store Key visited a few hours prior to the shooting and shows what he was wearing at the time of the altercation.
