Director of Sales and Marketing Pam Rios shared a little sneak peek into what families can expect.
“Santa and Mrs. Claus will be walking around the restaurant while everybody’s having breakfast. They’ll also be able to write their wish list and give it to them, take a couple of pictures,” Rios shared.
As for the menu, Executive Chef Pablo Useche has something special planned.
“We have a homemade cream… Then we make a meringue that we torch so it tastes like a marshmallow… whipped cream that we do with real vanilla, so you can see the vanilla beans there. Then we just make colored pancakes in a Christmas Christmas tree, and it has, just like a meringue, couple of berries, and then coloring, sparking sugar,” Useche explained.
If these festive pancakes aren’t to your liking, don’t worry. The complete regular menu will still be available, along with discounted rates for locals.
“We’ve got a special rate for everyone who’s local in the surrounding areas for 130, 250, and then they also get 20% off at our Smokehouse Restaurant and then our Cattlemans Exchange,” Rios shared.
Breakfast with Santa will take place Saturday, December 14, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton, located at 500 Cypress Street.
