Agama has introduced Agama 12, the latest version of its video observability and analytics platform, with new tools designed to help video operations teams move from monitoring dashboards to faster decisions about what needs attention.
The company said the release expands its Agama Augmented Intelligence, or A2I, adds new analytics across the subscriber base, and strengthens observability for CDN, advertising and playout systems.
Agama 12 also introduces an updated 360 Live Mosaic and a unified user experience across the company’s product portfolio.
Agama said A2I now acts as a team of AI-assisted capabilities that can begin with a natural-language question, investigate live service data, compare information and present findings with relevant visualizations.
The company said the update extends AI assistance into customer care, where agents can combine household and service information to help identify where a viewer’s problem likely started, explain the issue in simple language and move to the next troubleshooting step.
Product Analytics gains new funnel and journey analysis, while Content Engagement adds an AI-assisted Content Engagement Analyst for custom investigation. Agama said those tools can help teams track how users move through a service, where they convert or drop off, how engagement changes over time and how quality relates to behavior.
Agama also rebuilt Operational Analytics for Devices for dynamic analysis across the full device population and more than 100 metrics and events.
The company said QoS Lens has been rebuilt server-side so teams can analyze all available data over longer time ranges.
For CDN monitoring, Agama said the platform can now show metrics such as time to first byte, HTTP errors and request rates per server, along with quality and status information down to individual edge caches.
Agama said the new HUD dashboard application replaces static widgets with smaller, flexible widgets, improved layouts and built-in prediction. Customers can also add their own widgets and convert existing dashboards.
“Video operations teams already have access to vast amounts of data. One of the challenges is turning the data into clear, actionable insight,” said Johan Görsjö, Agama director of product and engineering. “With Agama 12, we are taking another step towards a more proactive platform. Analytics can point teams towards what stands out, AI can support the investigation, and deeper observability across the delivery chain gives teams the context they need to act faster.”
Agama said it will showcase Agama 12 at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, Sept. 11-14, in Stand 1.B50.
