Dalet Names Brian Doheny Chief Executive Officer

Dalet has appointed Brian Doheny its chief executive officer, elevating the executive who joined the media technology company in April as president and chief revenue officer.

The company said Doheny will lead global strategy and operations as it works to strengthen the link between customer needs, product strategy and execution.

Will Brennan, managing partner at Long Path Partners, said Doheny has brought strategic focus and operational discipline to the company.

“Brian has brought strong strategic focus and operational discipline to Dalet, while keeping customer value at the center of the company’s strategy,” Brennan said. “His appointment as CEO reflects our confidence in his ability to lead Dalet through its next phase and ensure we continue to innovate around the evolving needs of our customers and the broader media industry.”

Doheny said the pace of change in media is only accelerating and that Dalet is positioned to help customers respond. He said the company should focus on understanding current customer challenges and the ones they will face in the future.

“Dalet has extraordinary technology, deep media expertise, and trusted relationships with the world’s leading media organizations,” Doheny said. “Our ambition is to bring those strengths together to make Dalet an increasingly essential part of media workflows around the world, helping our customers innovate, transform, and create greater value from their operations.”

Dalet said Doheny will focus on accelerating innovation and reducing the time it takes customers to see value from its products. The company said that includes helping customers modernize operations and adapt to changing media workflows.

Before joining Dalet, Doheny was chief revenue officer at Veriforce, where he helped drive growth that contributed to the company’s acquisition by Apax. He also held senior leadership positions at TIBCO, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and other enterprise technology companies.

Dalet said Doheny and its leadership team will be at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, Sept. 11-14, in Stand 7.A43, where they plan to discuss the future of media operations and showcase Dalet Flex, Dalet Pyramid and Dalia.
