By rssfeeds-admin PTZOptics will feature its Rise 4K broadcast PTZ camera and a range of multicamera production tools at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, Sept. 11-14, with live demonstrations focused on camera control, automation and streamlined workflows.
The company said the Rise 4K camera is making its first trade show appearance since launch and will be shown alongside a compact multicamera studio and the PTZOptics Test Drive control experience at Stand 1.B07.
PTZOptics said the demonstrations are designed to show how teams can combine imaging, robotic movement and software to capture more angles and produce finished content with fewer operators.
The Rise 4K is available to order now and is scheduled to begin shipping in the fourth quarter of 2026.
“At IBC, we want to show people what happens when imaging, robotics, connectivity, and software are designed as one integrated production experience,” said Matthew Davis, PTZOptics chief technology officer. “Teams shouldn’t have to change how they work to get broadcast-grade results. Rise 4K is the clearest example of that, and across our stand at IBC2026 we’re showing how we are applying the same thinking to control, automation and scale.”
PTZOptics said the Rise 4K is built for broadcast and professional production environments and includes a 1-inch, 50MP CMOS sensor that captures 4K Ultra HD at up to 60 frames per second.
Other features include 20x optical zoom, phase-detect autofocus, optical image stabilization and brushless motors.
The camera also includes 12G-SDI, timecode, genlock, FreeD camera-tracking support, SFP+ fiber connectivity and XLR audio inputs with 48V phantom power.
PTZOptics said the camera ships with Horizon Web, a browser-based control system that supports movement, image adjustment, presets, tracking, auto-framing and automation.
The company will also run a compact live multicamera studio throughout the show to demonstrate how smaller teams can produce podcasts, interviews, livestreams and branded content without a large studio or camera crew.
That setup will combine PTZOptics cameras, Power+Link and control tools in a working production environment.
PTZOptics said visitors will be able to see how a small team can manage multiple camera angles, maintain consistent framing and create multicamera content with a streamlined workflow.
The demonstration is aimed at broadcasters, corporate video teams, universities, creators and other organizations looking to increase output while working with limited space, staff or resources.
The company’s Test Drive area will let visitors compare different ways to operate robotic cameras.
Attendees can try joystick control, Horizon Web and Horizon Hub desktop applications, which extend software-based control and workflow tools across the PTZOptics portfolio.
