The YMCA of the North has two big yearly events coming up this week, and it’s all to give back to the kids in our community.

Tuesday brings the 27th annual Greg Coleman Celebrity Golf Tournament in Coon Rapids, with the proceeds supporting youth sports. On Friday and Saturday, head to Maple Grove for the BreakAway events, two days of athletic challenges for kids.

Terrell Benton, YMCA of the North’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, joined us in the studio to talk about these upcoming events.
