By rssfeeds-admin According to the probable cause affidavit from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, the break-in was reported in May of 2023. The owner of the house told deputies the residence is a vacation home and they had not been there in over two months.
The victim did a walkthrough with an investigator and determined an X-Box, a ROKU and a pair of Oakley sunglasses were missing.
The homeowner also pointed out a COVID style facemask with a New York Yankees logo on it that did not belong to anyone in their family. The mask was collected and sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for testing.
Two years later, in May of 2025, results the lab tests came back with a DNA sample. The information was entered into forensic databases and the crime lab determined in June of 2025 the DNA matched Allsbrooks Jr.
The investigation revealed Allsbrooks had pawned items in Mountain Home in April of 2023. He was also arrested in Norfork in May that year on a Missouri warrant.
Allsbrooks was picked up at a Missouri prison Monday on his Baxter County warrant after being released. He is charged with a felony count of residential burglary and misdemeanor counts of first degree criminal mischief and theft of property. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $15,000.
MISSOURI ARREST
Allsbrooks was arrested in Butler County in 2023 on a burglary charge. He was sentenced to six years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
