IBC: Evergent To Demonstrate AI Agents For Subscriber Retention

Evergent will demonstrate AI-driven tools designed to help streaming services, sports leagues and pay TV operators reduce churn and boost revenue at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, Sept. 11-14, the company said.

The Sunnyvale, Calif., software provider will be at Stand 5.A86 at RAI Amsterdam during the show, showcasing its Agentic Revenue Orchestration Platform. Evergent said the platform draws on data from more than 1 billion users across 180 countries and supports more than $8 billion in annual subscription transactions to deliver real-time revenue intelligence.

As subscription businesses face pressure to improve profitability and respond to shifting consumer expectations, providers increasingly look for tools that predict subscriber behavior and trigger timely, personalized actions to retain customers and increase lifetime value.

What Evergent will show:

  • AI-powered retention: Purpose-built AI agents that identify at-risk subscribers and enable personalized interventions designed to reduce churn.
  • Intelligent product configuration: Tools that let operators launch new subscription offers, pricing models and regional bundles quickly.
  • Context-aware customer support: Real-time subscriber lifecycle and payment data to inform support and collections workflows.
  • Revenue intelligence: Capabilities Evergent says were developed from managing more than $8 billion in subscription transactions annually across 180-plus countries.

“Streaming has entered the intelligence economy, where competitive advantage comes from predicting subscriber behavior and acting on it in real time,” Vijay Sajja, Evergent founder-CEO, said. He added that Evergent’s churn-prediction work across more than 23 million subscribers has produced prediction accuracy in the high 90s, and that IBC visitors will see demonstrations of using that precision to deliver contextual offers at scale.
