Police searching for missing teen says she has been found and is safe

UPDATE (07/10/26): At 8:51 p.m. Friday, the Minnesota BCA announced Vrieze had been located safe.

The Hastings Police Department is asking for help to find a missing 17-year-old.

Grace Vrieze was last seen leaving her home in Hastings on Thursday.

She was wearing a light blue top, gray sweatpants, black DC shoes, glasses and carrying a pink backpack.

On Friday morning, she was seen at Sturges Park in Buffalo.

Police say there is concern for her well-being, and she doesn’t have any personal belongings with her.
