Located in the capital, Amman, the new office fulfils the need for dedicated and localised support for one of the fastest-growing markets for the company–the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The office will cater to customers of both Zoho and ManageEngine, two of the company’s prominent technology brands. The office was formally inaugurated by the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Mr Sami Smeirat. The Ambassador of India to Jordan, Mr Manish Chauhan, and key regional leaders from the company attended the office’s opening.

Zoho Corporation’s decision to open a dedicated local office reflects the confidence that world-class technology companies are placing in Jordan’s talent, its infrastructure, and its strategic role across the region. This is precisely the kind of private sector investment that our National Digital Transformation Strategy 2026–2028 is designed to attract and sustain. We welcome Zoho Corporation to Jordan and look forward to a partnership that creates lasting value for Jordanian enterprises,” said the minister.

The move is the latest in the company’s deepening, long-term investment in the MENA. The region has become Zoho Corporation’s second fastest-growing market globally, with a recorded 41% CAGR over the past five years.

The Amman office adds a significant node to an already expanding regional footprint. This includes offices in key markets across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain. It already hosts data centres in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Two brands, one commitment to the region

Located in the central business district of the capital city, the new office will house sales, marketing, partner enablement, and customer success teams catering to the entire MENA region. The company will prioritise hiring local talent and building a partner ecosystem reflective of the diversity and dynamism of the regional market.

This approach, called transnational localism, reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to creating strong and self-reliant communities. It allows it to become locally rooted while staying globally connected through shared technological expertise.

In Jordan, Zoho saw 39% growth in 2025, driven by its customer experience platform, Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk. Zoho One is Zoho’s all-in-one operating system for business comprising 55+ apps. It offers an Enterprise productivity suite, Zoho Workplace, and accounting software, Zoho Books. It also offers Arabic language support and right-to-left UX in its top products.

Strategically important

“Jordan has become a strategically important market for us. Opening this office is a signal of our long-term commitment to the Kingdom,” said Hyther Nizam, CEO, Zoho MEA.

We’ve spent the past two years building our presence here. Hiring and training local talent who now support businesses not just in Jordan but across the wider MENA region. As governments across the region push forward with digitalisation, more businesses are turning to Zoho to scale quickly. To stay agile in changing market conditions.”

ManageEngine, a leading provider of enterprise IT management and security solutions, will extend its support. It gives Jordanian enterprises faster, more responsive access to the expertise needed to manage complex hybrid IT environments with confidence. Its digital enterprise management platform has enabled 500+ businesses across Jordan in 2025 to transform their IT infrastructures. The country registered a YoY growth of 30% in 2025.

Nirmal Kumar Manoharan, VP of revenue operations, ManageEngine, said, “The expectations of IT leaders across this region have matured significantly. Demand for solutions built to handle the scale and complexity of their environments soaring high.”

“They want a technology partner with a real presence. People they can see, call, and trust. This new office in Jordan is our answer to that expectation.”

Earlier in April, Zoho opened an office in Milton Keynes in the UK. The offices provide an expanded footprint for the company, which will continue to grow its UK employee numbers. It has already tripled its headcount in the UK over the last two years.

The company also opened a second office in Australia in Parramatta, a Sydney business district. The new office will house staff from both Zoho and ManageEngine as it looks to continue expanding its footprint in ANZ.

Enterprise Times: What this means for business

Zoho’s decision to open an office in Jordan is important because it turns a growing regional opportunity into a local commitment. For Jordanian businesses, it means faster access to support, implementation expertise, and partner resources for both Zoho and ManageEngine solutions.

For the wider economy, it reinforces Jordan’s position as a credible digital hub for the MENA region. It also supports the development of local technology talent and aligns with national ambitions to accelerate digital transformation across the public and private sectors.

The office also gives Zoho a stronger base from which to serve Arabic-speaking customers, deepen relationships with enterprises and SMEs, and build long-term trust through a visible presence in the market.
