Yellville man arrested on multiple child exploitation charges

A Yellville man has been arrested on multiple felony charges following an investigation by the Arkansas State Police (ASP) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
According to the ASP, 37-year-old Jordan Channing Miley was taken into custody Tuesday after agents executed search and arrest warrants at a residence in Marion County. The operation was conducted with assistance from the ASP SWAT Team and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Miley is charged with 20 counts of pandering or possessing material depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, one count of engaging children in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual or print media and one count of sexual extortion.

Investigators say the charges stem from an ICAC investigation involving the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material and related offenses.

During the search, authorities seized multiple electronic devices and digital storage media from the residence.

Miley was transported to the Marion County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $200,000 bond.

State police say additional charges are possible pending further review of evidence recovered during the investigation.
