A boil order issued in the Oakland Road area following a water main break has been lifted.
The Baxter-Marion Rural Water Association announced the water main has been repaired and testing has confirmed the water is safe for consumption.
The precautionary boil order had been issued for customers in the Oakland portion of the water system of the water system after the break raised concerns about potential contamination.

Customers in the affected area may now resume normal use of their water without boiling.
