AnywhereNow has announced that it has agreed a partnership with Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX company. Tech Data is a leading distributor and solutions aggregator across the Asia Pacific. It services over 22,000 partners with enterprise technology distribution and enablement. The partnership initially seems limited to Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).The strategic partnership will enable Tech Data to bring AI-powered Microsoft native customer experience (CX) solutions to channel partners across the region. AnywhereNow will help to accelerate the expansion in the region. With access to channel partners through the Tech Data distribution network.
Tech Data, provides Microsoft native CX solutions that currently Microsoft channel partners can leverage to help their customers with CX challenges. The AnywhereNow solutions offer partners solutions that are simple to deploy. And enable them to seamlessly enhance and expand upon existing Microsoft investment. Tech Data partners will gain access to the AnywhereNow CX portfolio. The portfolio includes solutions such as:
- Dialogue Cloud Neo: A next-generation AI-driven omnichannel cloud-based contact centre for Microsoft Teams, leveraging Microsoft’s most advanced Unify integration model.
- Deepdesk: An AI platform for customer experience, designed for complex enterprise environments and integrating securely with existing contact centre and CRM platforms.
- Tendfor: A fully certified contact centre and attendant console for Microsoft Teams.

Vaughn Madeley, Regional Director at AnywhereNow, said, “Partnering with Tech Data is a significant step in expanding our presence across Australia and the wider ANZ region.
“Their Microsoft expertise and strong partner ecosystem make them an ideal partner to scale our AI-powered solutions and deliver measurable value to customers.”
What Tech Data brings
Tech Data offers deep Microsoft expertise, technical resources and its extensive partner ecosystem. This will help AnywhereNow bring its solutions to the ANZ market. With the support of its Tech Centre of Excellence and simplified licensing and procurement through its existing marketplaces, it helps reduce the complexity of partners looking to engage with third-party solutions that don’t always have a large local presence.
Robbie Upcroft, Country General Manager, Tech Data ANZ, commented, “Organisations across ANZ are accelerating digital transformation while navigating skills shortages, rising customer expectations, and the need to maximise existing technology investments.
With this partnership, we’re helping partners address these challenges by building on widely adopted Microsoft technologies. Simplifying deployment, and providing the local support and enablement needed to scale. This enables partners to modernise customer experience with speed and confidence – without the cost and complexity of large-scale platform replacements.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean?
This partnership will help AnywhereNow grow in ANZ. Though if successful, it will be interesting to see whether Tech Data expands the relationship to other regions where it has a presence, especially wider across APAC. Neither company lists the other as a partner as of writing. It will be interesting to see how Tech Data lists AnywhereNow within its portfolio.
For channel partners in Australia, the agreement gives them access to a leading CX platform on the Microsoft platform. Sales will determine the success of this relationship. However, there is no indication of the investments that either side is making in the agreement. Will AnywhereNow invest in co-marketing within the region, and what training will Tech Data invest in for the AnywhereNow solutions?
