The Marion County Quorum Court will meet Tuesday evening with several appropriation ordinances and an ordinance involving the Oakland Promise Land Fire Protection District on the agenda.
Justices of the peace are scheduled to consider an appropriation of $114,824 for the county’s solid waste department.
The court will also consider an ordinance related to the Oakland Promise Land Fire Protection District, along with an ordinance to replace the assessor’s apprentice information systems server.
Additional agenda items include cooler repairs for the coroner’s office, administration of justice funding, establishment of a district court DWI fund, amendments to the prosecuting attorney’s operating budget and compensation numbers, and the appropriation of unappropriated funds for the sheriff’s office.
Committee reports are also scheduled from the budget, personnel, law enforcement, solid waste, and procedures and management committees.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 on Tuesday at the Marion County Courthouse in Yellville.
