Gassville council to consider cybersecurity ordinance, audit



The Gassville City Council will meet Tuesday evening with cybersecurity policies and a water and wastewater audit among the items on the agenda.
Council members are scheduled to consider the third reading of an ordinance adding cybersecurity, internet and artificial intelligence policies to the city’s personnel handbook.





The council will also review the city’s 2024 water and wastewater audit. Brian Haas is expected to present information on the audit.

In new business, council members will consider a resolution related to mediation presented by City Attorney Chris Floyd.

The meeting will conclude with an update to the council.

The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at Gassville City Hall, located at 204 S. School St.
