Mountain Home issues more than $2.5 million in building permits during May

The City of Mountain Home issued 11 building permits in May with a combined valuation of more than $2.5 million, according to a report submitted by the Planning and Engineering Department.
The largest project approved during the month was a new Domino’s Pizza building at 1808 U.S. Highway 62 East with a valuation of $1.6 million.

Other notable permits included a $350,000 commercial remodel for Truck Patch at 330 U.S. Highway 62 East and a $72,634 commercial remodel for Real Life Church on Rossi Road.

The city also approved three new residential construction projects, including two homes on Hobbs Court valued at $150,000 and $170,000 and another new residence on Heatherdown valued at $140,000.

Additional permits were issued for commercial signs, a storage building, a commercial accessory structure and a street cut project.

According to the report, the total valuation of all permits issued in May was $2,537,813, generating $6,347 in permit fees.
