Berks County man dies in Luzerne County crash
HAZLE TOWNSHIP – A Berks County man is dead after a fatal crash Friday morning near Hazleton.
Jesus Montell Rincon, 58, of Clayton, was pronounced dead after a crash on Interstate 81 near milepost 140.3 in Hazle Township, according to the State Police at Hazleton.
Troopers said Rincon was the driver of a disabled tractor trailer and was outside of the truck when he was struck by a passing Toyota Camry, driven by a Virginia man.
Rincon was pronounced dead at the scene.
