Hoch, who took up the role in April, will help align software, services, solutions and architecture efforts across the CTO Office, established in 2024. Mestrez leads software and services; Carpentier oversees solutions and architecture.
A media technology veteran with roles at L-S-B Broadcast Technologies and Lawo, Hoch spent the past eight years as senior director of innovation at Broadcast Solutions, where he guided development and the spin-out of the hi human interface platform. As part of the new structure, he joins the senior leadership team, initially working alongside Kampe, who over the next year will shift toward strategy, market development and key partnerships.
“In a turbulent market, Broadcast Solutions is continuing to serve clients and grow our business through consistently delivering systems which provide excellence in quality, creativity and efficiency,” Kampe said. “This planned expansion is a considered and deliberate step to ensure stability today and to be ready for whatever directions the market takes us in the near future.”
