Everything New to Stream on Peacock Premium This Month
Peacock’s streaming lineup for May features a new original series as well as the streaming debut of a Quentin Tarantino masterpiece. Before either of those releases, though, there’s a slew of great movies being added to the platform starting on May 1. Whether you’re into sci-fi, adventure, fantasy, or rom-coms, there’s a little bit of everything here you’ll be able to watch as soon as April comes to an end.
As for highlights, the new Peacock Original series is a crime drama series called M.I.A. According to the official Peacock page, the series will be released as a “nine-episode binge drop” starting on May 7. Following that is the long-awaited streaming debut of Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, which is an epic 275-minutes of movie. It’s arriving alongside a slew of other popular Tarantino films on May 22.

Galaxy Quest has been hailed the best “non-Star Trek” movie ever made, and for good reason. It’s a hilarious comedy that combines the realities of the sci-fi fandom and actual space exploration. With Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, and Alan Rickman all folded into the cast, Galaxy Quest is easily one of the greatest sci-fi movies of all time.
There aren’t a ton of details available about what Peacock Originals are in the works for the streaming service, but we do know about a few things. The most recent announcement was that Matt Dinniman’s popular Dungeon Crawler Carl series is officially coming to the platform. There is not official release date for that, but we do know it’s being worked on by Seth McFarlane’s production company. Until recently, there was also a Clueless sequel series in the works, but Variety recently reported that its no longer in development at the streamer.
Although Peacock does not have a free trial available, you can still get the service via the Walmart+ free trial. New subscribers get 30 days free and that includes either a Peacock Premium or Paramount+ subscription.
