Clear-Com Sets New Roles For Brian Grahn & Ben Turnwell

Clear-Com, a global provider of professional real-time communications solutions and services, has appointed Brian Grahn as market outreach manager of the Americas and Ben Turnwell as business development manager for EMEA live, expanding their roles as the company continues to strengthen customer engagement across global markets.

The appointments emphasize Clear-Com’s focus on building closer relationships with customers, consultants and partners, while aligning its solutions more directly with the needs of evolving production and communication environments.

Grahn, who joined Clear-Com in 2022, will now lead consultant-focused outreach and technical engagement across complex markets, including themed entertainment and cruise lines. In his new role, he works across sales, marketing, product management and engineering teams to support system design conversations, refine messaging and help translate real-world workflows into future product direction.

He previously served as regional sales manager for the Southwest U.S., where he led account strategy while also contributing to digital marketing efforts aimed at improving customer engagement and partner alignment.

Kris Koch, director of sales for North America at Clear-Com, said Grahn’s combined background in sales, marketing and technical workflows makes him well-suited for the role.

“Brian has a unique ability to connect the technical and human sides of what we do,” Koch said. “He understands how systems are used in the field, but also how to communicate that value clearly. That’s critical as we continue to engage more closely with consultants and end users.”

In his new role, Ben Turnwell will lead business development across the EMEA live production sector, focusing on long-term growth and strategic partnerships. His role includes working with production companies, venues, promoters and other stakeholders to identify new opportunities and support sustainable business development across the region.

Based in the United Kingdom, Turnwell brings more than a decade of experience in live sound, system design and technical sales. His background spans touring, theater and large-scale live productions, as well as close collaboration with consultants and production teams on complex projects.

Chris Willis, Vice President of Worldwide sales at Clear-Com, said Turnwell’s experience and approach reflect the company’s broader commitment to relationship-driven growth.

“Ben brings a practical understanding of how our customers operate in high-pressure, real-world environments,” Willis said. “He’s focused on building trust and long-term partnerships, which is exactly how this industry works and how Clear-Com continues to grow globally.”

Turnwell’s role also includes working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy, product capabilities and customer expectations across the EMEA market.

Together, the appointments highlight Clear-Com’s continued investment in people who bring both technical expertise and market insight, supporting the company’s efforts to deliver communication solutions that adapt to increasingly complex and distributed workflows.
