NAB Show: InSync Technology To Showcase New Video Processing, Frame Rate Conversion
InSync Technology, a provider of video conversion solutions, is bringing a suite of new and enhanced technologies to the NAB Show in Las Vegas, April 18-22.

The company, which will exhibit at Booth W2215, will unveil hardware and software-defined deployment options designed to reduce cost and workflow complexity across live production, contribution and distribution environments.

OG-ALC Dual Channel Video Processing Range

The new OG-ALC range (OG-ALC20 and OG-ALC10) provides linear frame rate conversion and video processing within a compact openGear form factor. Designed for real-time production, the solution offers ultra-low latency performance at 60ms or less and features an adaptive de-interlacer to enhance image sharpness.

The range supports both SDI and ST 2110 IP workflows (OG-ALC20) and SDI-only environments (OG-ALC10). With two independent processing channels per card and up to 20 channels in a 2RU openGear chassis, the platform is designed to reduce rack space and power consumption.

OG-MCC20 Motion Compensated Frame Rate Converter

The OG-MCC20 delivers FrameFormer motion-compensated frame rate conversion across SDI, IP and hybrid environments in a single openGear module. Supporting HD/3G-SDI and ST 2110 10/25GbE IP workflows, it handles fast-motion content like live sports. The high-density design supports up to 10 channels within a 2RU chassis and includes HDR/SDR support.

MCC-UHD Dual-Mode UHD/HD Converter

The upgraded MCC-UHD offers a dual-mode architecture, allowing it to operate as either a single-channel UHD processor or a dual-channel HD system. Built on InSync’s FrameFormer motion-compensated algorithms, it provides frame rate conversion between 23Hz and 60Hz. It supports both SDI and IP workflows alongside integrated HDR/SDR processing.

FrameFormer SDK Packages

InSync is also introducing new FrameFormer SDK Packages, extending its motion-compensated technology into a CPU-based SDK offering for cloud, on-premises and hybrid deployments. The new Performance and Base packages allow users to scale processing capability based on specific workflow requirements.

“Media workflows need flexible video conversion solutions that optimize both performance and operational efficiency,” James Taylor, InSync CEO, said. “At NAB 2026, our new product releases will deliver ultra-low latency and high-density processing, alongside our advanced motion-compensated conversion which has become a benchmark for industry excellence.”
