
The company is introducing a SmartBoom USB connectivity option, available as new headset models — SmartBoom PRO and LITE — and as a standalone cable. The addition allows for direct USB-C connection to phones, tablets and computers, expanding the headsets’ use across unified communications and AV production environments.
For MicroCom XR users, Pliant will debut a 10-bay battery-only charger capable of handling 10 all-in-one headset batteries simultaneously. The company will also introduce a MicroCom XR multi-device interface cable designed to connect systems to USB or Lightning-based devices, allowing external mobile conversations to be brought into the intercom workflow.
CrewCom updates include a new three-RT bracket that allows for the mounting of up to three radio transceivers together. The bracket supports configurations of one, two or three transceivers for high-user-density applications.
Several previously announced products will also be on display at Booth C5535, including the CrewCom six-bay charger, digital audio network interface, IP-rated radio transceivers and the C12 compact radio pack. Attendees can also test the CrewWare 2.0 software update.
