Evviva Trattoria opens in Merchant’s Way

The Merchant’s Way development off Exit 17 is gaining another restaurant: Evviva Trattoria opened its doors to diners this week.

The Westford, Mass.-based company has seven of its Italian restaurants in Massachusetts and four in New Hampshire.

The 5,000-square-foot restaurant features an open kitchen and bar with booths and high-tops, along with other types of flexible seating. A private dining room is available.

The Merchants Way development opened in 2022 on the Penacook side of I-93. Anchors include Market Basket, HomeGoods, a state Liquor & Wine Outlet and a Concord Hospital urgent care center, with several chain fast-food eateries. A Marshall’s department store is slated to open this fall.
