ASG Partners With Beam Dynamics For Asset Intelligence

ASG, a technology and services provider for media creatives and content owners, has partnered with Beam Dynamics to provide its global clientele with the Beam Asset and License Intelligence Platform.

The platform offers operators and technology partners a unified view of assets across all locations, combining real-time manufacturer data, maintenance tracking and financial insight. It automatically enriches asset records with firmware versions, end-of-life dates and contract status to identify service opportunities and renewal triggers.

“This is a significant offering to our clients, and we’re confident they’ll see its value,” Dave Van Hoy, ASG president, said. “With the Beam platform, they can manage assets and equipment lifecycles, plan upgrades and save money.”

Van Hoy said the partnership allows the company to identify issues earlier and respond faster. “It takes us beyond tracking assets to understanding how they perform and how they should be managed over time,” he said.

Through the partnership, ASG clients have access to automated renewal and warranty tracking, proactive end-of-life alerts and configuration documentation. The system includes a client portal for troubleshooting and updates. Service tickets are connected to relevant assets to allow analytics to be applied to future issues.
