Barthee joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in operational and engineering leadership across high-tech manufacturing. He was previously Mo-Sys COO and director of operations, where he focused on scaling global operations and manufacturing systems. He also held senior roles at Kinsey Ross & Harlow Group.
In his new role, Barthee will oversee production strategy and cross-divisional integration across MRMC’s broadcast and motion control product groups.
The appointment comes as MRMC transitions from Nikon ownership. The company said it is maintaining its leadership structure and day-to-day activities.
“MRMC has long been recognized for its world-leading engineering and robotics systems,” Barthee said. “Having spent years in the robotics and virtual production sectors, I’ve always admired the company’s innovation and technical excellence. I’m pleased to join the team and support its continued development.”
MRMC will exhibit at NAB Show in Las Vegas, April 18-22, in Booth C5220.
